VALHALLA, NY – August 14, 2026 – Westchester Medical Center (WMC), the flagship academic hospital of Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth), today announced the appointment of Brian David Radbill, MD, MBA, FACP, as Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer. A physician executive with more than two decades of clinical, operational and quality leadership experience, Dr. Radbill will oversee clinical operations, patient safety and quality, and physician administration at Westchester Medical Center.

“Dr. Radbill joins Westchester Medical Center at a pivotal time for WMCHealth, and his leadership will help us continue setting the standard for patient care and clinical excellence,” said Peter G. Paige, MD, MMM, CPE, FACEP, Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer of WMCHealth. “His experience leading physicians, improving quality and strengthening care delivery will be critical as we advance the clinical priorities that matter most to our patients.”

Dr. Radbill joins WMC from Overlook Medical Center, part of Atlantic Health System, where he has served as Chief Medical Officer since 2024. In that role, he oversaw the medical staff and clinical departments.

Previously, he was Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs at Mount Sinai Morningside, where he served as Incident Commander for the hospital’s COVID-19 response. He also held physician leadership roles at Mount Sinai Queens and The Mount Sinai Hospital, including Medical Director of the Hemodialysis Program and Medical Director and Vice Chair for Quality in the Department of Medicine.

Dr. Radbill earned his medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine, completed his internal medicine residency and nephrology fellowship at The Mount Sinai Hospital, and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is board certified in nephrology and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.
