Patient Portal

The myCare Patient Portal is a secure online website that provides our patients with convenient 24-hour access to personal health information including: medical history, medication lists, discharge instructions, test results, educational materials and non-urgent communications with participating WMCHealth providers. 

At your next visit, the Registration team will ask if you want to enroll in the myCare Patient Portal. Then, if you have not received your myCare email invitation or there is an error when accepting your invitation, please email PortalHelp@wmchealth.org for assistance. Please allow up to two business days for a response. 

Once you have enrolled, you can access your myCare account at mycare.wmchealth.org.

Once you have an established myCare account, or if you experience a technical issue connecting to the portal, please contact our Customer Care Team at 877.621.8014. The Customer Care team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Please note that there is no access for minor patients between 10 – 18 years of age. Additionally, healthcare proxies and legal guardians are not eligible to sign up for an account on behalf of a patient at this time.
