Hearing Solutions Tailored to You

Our audiologists offer a full range of advanced hearing technology for both children and adults:

These small devices are worn in or behind your ear to amplify sound. They make it easier to understand speech and hear everyday sounds. With today’s advanced processing chips, you’ll experience hearing aids that deliver clearer, more natural sound than ever before.

Every hearing aid has three key parts that work together to improve your hearing:

  • Microphone: Picks up sound from your environment.
  • Amplifier: Increases and refines sound using advanced digital processing.
  • Speaker: Delivers the sound directly into your ear canal for clearer hearing.

Types of Hearing Aids
We offer four types of hearing aids, each designed for your unique needs and preferences. Your audiologist will help you choose the option that best fits your hearing, lifestyle, and comfort:

  • Behind-the-Ear (BTE): You wear this style behind your ear, with a custom mold that fits inside your ear canal. It comes in many sizes and colors and works well for mild to profound hearing loss in infants, children, and adults.
  • Receiver-in-Canal (RIC): You wear this lightweight device behind your ear, with a thin wire that brings sound to a small speaker in your ear canal. It’s a sleek, discreet option for mild to severe hearing loss and often a favorite among older children, teens, and adults.
  • In-the-Ear (ITE) / In-the-Canal (ITC): These hearing aids are custom-molded to fit partly or fully in your ear canal. They’re a good choice for mild to moderately severe hearing loss but usually not recommended for children, who may outgrow the fit.
  • Completely-in-Canal (CIC) / Invisible-in-Canal (IIC): These tiny, custom-made devices fit deep inside your ear canal. They’re nearly invisible and designed for adults with mild to moderate hearing loss.

If you have moderate to profound hearing loss, cochlear implants may be most beneficial option. These devices directly stimulate the hearing nerve to help you hear sound and understand speech. They’re especially a good option if you no longer benefit from hearing aids.
