Family members and loved ones can download the Familyfirst app (iOS app/Google Play stores) any time prior to arrival for ease and convenience.
FamilyFirst is a HIPAA-compliant platform that allows real-time, one-way messaging between a patient’s clinical team and designated family members. Available from the operating room, and on some units, it provides an extra layer of communication to keep loved ones informed and enhance the patient experience.
Remote enrollment: Family members can enroll remotely to the iOS or Android device of their choice before arriving at the hospital. The patient’s care team will send a text message with enrollment details to their device.
Real-time updates: Get personal updates directly from the clinical team as they happen.
Preferred language: Read messages in the language that’s most comfortable for you.
Invite multiple family members: Keep everyone informed by adding other loved ones to the updates.
