Trauma Survivors Network (TSN)
WMCHealth is a proud member of the Trauma Survivors Network (TSN),
a national network of trauma centers dedicated to:

  • A network of support for survivors of traumatic injury and their families
  • Better care and outcomes for patients and families
  • Increased advocacy for trauma systems and injury prevention, locally and nationally
  • Greater satisfaction for patients and families
  • Psychosocial, peer-to-peer support, virtual support groups, and mental health resources
  • Resources promoting resiliency, healing, and adaptation to traumatic injury
  • Empowerment for survivors and their families to share their stories, connect with other survivors, and rebuild their lives

In 1988, Congress and the American Trauma Society (ATS) established May as National Trauma Awareness Month (NTAM). Now in its 38th year, NTAM is an important opportunity to promote trauma prevention awareness.
