Ally Care Center

The Ally Care Center at Westchester Medical Center welcomes you and all LGBTQ+ individuals, including those living with or at risk for HIV. In our safe and respectful environment, we provide whole-person care that addresses both physical and emotional well-being. This includes routine care, testing, and mental health services. 

Our committed team will not turn you away. We work closely with you to understand your needs and connect you to the right support. And as part of the WMCHealth network, you’ll have access to a full range of health specialists. 

Ally Care Center Services at Westchester Medical Center 

We provide expert medical care, along with support services to help you live well. 

Medical Care

  • Sexual health education
  • Primary and preventive care 
  • Routine checkups and screenings
  • Mental health care and substance use treatment 
  • Confidential testing and treatment for STIs, including HIV and Hepatitis C 
  • Antiretroviral therapy including injectable treatment with cabotegravir-rilpivirine 
  • HIV treatment and prevention—pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) medications, including injectable cabotegravir, and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) monitoring and medications

Support Services 

  • Case management and peer support 
  • Aging-related needs for people living with HIV 
  • Connection to job training and employment programs 
  • Help with insurance, housing, food, and transportation 
  • Care for undocumented patients and those without insurance 

We don’t wait for you to find us—we come to where you are. Our team joins local events, Pride celebrations, and college campuses to offer education and testing. We also use a mobile unit to provide HIV and hepatitis C testing, sexual health services, and support across the region
