J. Keith Festa, MD, Returns to MidHudson Regional Hospital, Named Associate Director of Medical Affairs

MidHudson Regional Hospital, a member of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth), welcomes local family physician J. Keith Festa, MD, back to the hospital in Poughkeepsie.

In his new role as Associate Director of Medical Affairs, Dr. Festa is a critical member of the administrative team, working closely with all clinical directors, medical staff members, community physicians and all hospital staff members to continue strengthening MidHudson Regional Hospital’s commitment to the community, its patients and visitors.

Dr. Festa was previously MidHudson Regional Hospital’s Vice President for Medical Operations and, before that, was Vice President for Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer of its predecessor, St. Francis Hospital.

Dr. Festa was most recently a physician in the Department of Family Medicine of Crystal Run Healthcare in Middletown.

Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Festa received his degree in medicine and surgery from the International Medical School of La Sapienza University of Rome, one of the world’s oldest universities, founded in 1303. He completed a family medicine residency at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Utica, NY, now St. Elizabeth Medical Center.

Dr. Festa lives in Marlboro.
