Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth) and New York Medical College recently announced a 12-year academic affiliation agreement that will serve to further strengthen clinical care for Hudson Valley patients.
Under the agreement, hospitals on WMCHealth’s Valhalla campus — its flagship Westchester Medical Center, Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital and Behavioral Health Center — will be the primary teaching sites for the clinical education of students of NYMC and Touro College affiliated programs. The partnership will also allow for the expansion of NYMC students’ education to other hospitals across the WMCHealth Network.
